I am excited to announce our first public Zendesk apps Random Tagging Lite and Random Tagging Pro. The main inspiration for this app was to be able to randomize which tickets were sent surveys. Zendesk support only had the ability to turn on customer satisfaction surveys but not control how often they were sent. I look forward to the feedback and the features to come on the Pro version.
